Not a realm listed, but it is west coast…. Atiesh has a good group of horde despite being the minority if that sounds like your jam. Cross server PVP exist in battlegrounds and arenas, but you cannot form a group with people from other servers to join battlegrounds or arenas together. I'm on Atiesh.

To see the overall server raiding progress. Unfortunately, if you're looking for a West Coast PvP Alliance server with a good raiding scene you'll have to go Horde. Two good servers are Tichondrius and Kil'jaeden. Darkspear is terrible for PvE.I know it's weird but I never go under 100 ping just because every server I play on is east coast. MS/ping is never a decision for me i dont experience any difference from East Coast to West Coast. Depends on how extreme the timezone difference is I'd say. In my experience, most people raid at 8PM ET regardless of which timezone the server is in as long as it's a North American realm. I would definitely say yes.
It won't be bad at all. As from the west coast though, I kind of implore east-coasters to not jump on western realms.
