I’m the same. Generally how ever long a tread block is, that’s how many splat points I get. If we have a 23 min endurance tread block pretty good chance I have 21-22 splats. I usually only recover in a walking recovery and I feel fine. If I don’t feel recovered I’ll slow it down a bit but I don’t worry about being in orange.

Orange’s Theory is that you get your heart rate to a certain point for a certain amount of time (level orange) and then you burn fat for 36 hours. You need 12 splat points for this to happen. You wear an arm band and you can check your stats on the screens around the room during your workout.I’ve never had too many splats points, always the person with less splats in my class.
