Med school and grad are both completely different beasts, but both will change your lifestyle completely. You can't go into medicine for the money and "good lifestyle". You'll never make it through med school a a residency if you don't love what you're doing. You'll end up burning out from the work.I think it should be hard but I think there should be less emphasis on bedside and more so catered to what an individual’s goals are. There is so much more to nursing than med-surg and bedside and wish there was different tracks in school for other specialties. I think this an issue with every licensed/skilled professional training though.
