What you have to do is drop all your shards and your the aetherium wars book ( if you have the aetherium dynamo cores drop them too i did cause theyre aetherium lol ) then read the book on the ground.

The bug was caused because I had already looted the place and the piece I was missing was the top piece not the bottom piece from Mzfult.
