The 2014 Chevy Silverado cooling fan relay is located in the engine compartment which is on the right-hand (driver) side under the hood. If the problem persist, the just take out the plug of the coolant temperature sensor, as shown in the video and replace the sensor.

I’ve replaced my temp sensor and it is still doing it.
