If you mean the chat dialog box as seen here, then yeah I don't believe there's an option to customize it. However a workaround you may want to try is dedicating a chat tab for NPC/cutscene dialog. At least in chat tabs, you can make the font size bigger. And in cutscenes that hide all UI, you can press enter and chat tabs should reappear.Oct 2013. Posts. 2,195.
