I’ve only used the grocery pick up option a handful of times so far. It seemed to magically work after several attempts previously, but lately I’ve been trying for MANY days without success. I tried deleting the app, reinstalling, deleting my EBT card, re-adding it, using a computer and trying through Chrome, Explorer, and Edge.
