My 2022 numbers match my 2017-2020 numbers, so I’m not worried about Airbnb. Nah, it's because when I book a place for $150 a night for 3 nights, I expect to pay $450, maybe an extra $100 for taxes and fees. But then I look at the final bill and I see taxes, service fees, and n extra $300 cleaning fee.
