Just 4" will do fine and that's what most people do. There are many brands of kits out there that are nice. Research blocks VS full spring lift. Springs are more expensive but better ride. grab a set of 4 in tuff country lift springs, and get a shackle flip for the rear. It got me damn near 4 inches, a little longer shackle would get me the rest but i sit level with my top off, so im sure you would with just a bed. But like I said, that doesn't factor the added rolling resistance and weight. The difference in rpms between 56 and 88s will be like 200 rpm at 75.
