The LS460 can be had with awd and a lwb, is more powerful, handles better and iirc gets better mpg. Also has better tech and more modern styling, the LS430 looked dated the day it rolled of the factory floor, the LS460 still looks new. The LS430 is more plush, doesn't handle as well and is typically far less expensive due to age.
