Deflect prayers could exist in Osrs easily, maybe some of the other lower level curses could. High tier curses would need some major changes.

I dont see how free healing from ss could be introduced to osrs when everything is balanced based on having limited hp or healing. And turmoil is just straight up powercreep compared to piety.
