Best Training weapon for 70 attack? Whip for attack and defence. It has the benefit of being 1-handed and its damage / hour is higher than any other weapon. If you would like to train strength, a sara sword is the way to go. It should only be used for strength training though.The only uses it really has is using the passive form to afk monsters for a really long time while sustaining prayer.
