Clear speed isnt ever an issue. As long as everything is dying in under 4.5 Seconds (which is the duration of my current Ice Storm) then I cant imagine Inc Duration being better then Iron Will. Single target is still easy. Even if the boss is taking a "long time" I so far havent encountered antyhing that didnt die in 4.5 seconds.Scion for sure.
