Ive been running it on a 7 year old PC. Ive got it set to 6 GB allocated. Takes ages (HAHA puns) to load/initialize, and about 20 mins in-game, but after that it's smooth sailing. Until you load in more chunks, or, god forbid, generate NEW land. Then it's either super stuttery/frozen for a few seconds. Just try giving it some time in-game.
