I'm using the Phoenix Flavored - Dragon's edition mod list, but when i look up the modlist and this issue, I can't find any record of someone else having the same issue with these mods installed, so that might not be the issue.

I've placed mine around 20-30% down my load order, so less than halfway and I've had it for a long time without issues.
Tuco guide, phoenix flavour or lexy's legacy of the dragonborn guide. These are the three guides that are maintained, well respected and work very well. Whatever you do though, avoid ultimate guides like the plague.. In fact, best to avoid anything sinitar made.

Its specific to trade menu (buy/sell merchants, trade with companion, crafting) The problem is that the the highest supported aspect ratio is 21:9 right now.
