The reason Taijutsu runs higher levels is because the damage gained is much bigger per level, and you gain enough passive regen for Energy so that you can spam you skills fast. Scrapper is nice because their stat distribution is not set in stone like most other builds. The Meta right now is either 1:1 (or almost 1:1) crit/swift or full swift with crit/swift neck. I run the full swiftness build that takes raid captain as the 5th engraving while the 1:1 build takes KBW

Scrapper's skills are split between Stamina (your yellow skills) and Shock (your green skills) and directly correlate to the type of resource they expend when used. For Ultimate Skill: Taijutsu, this build uses mostly Stamina skills since the class Engraving itself reduces the amount of damage your Shock skills are capable of.
Lost Ark ForumsMy 1370 Taijutsu scrapper made me hate my 1415 wardancer. Imo it’s bad advice to focus on crit first as tai. Without a good amount of swiftness and no high cdr gems, there will be a lot of downtime for a build that is supposed to be fast and spammy. Imo it’s better to aim for a specific swiftness value, like 1000 and then go into crit. Scrapper throws a diagonal punch to inflict moderate amounts of Damage. This is a specialty skill that we choose to increase the build's Counter Attack potential and Stagger Damage even further.
