I repack all my mods into .bsa files with appropriate .override files, edit the conflicts out of the.esp and .esm files in FNVEdit and the GECK one at a time, and only use FOMM for invalidation and to pack and unpack .bsa files. Then I save each different build in its own folder (one each for DUST, FO3 TTW, FNV TTW, Vicious Wastes, JSawyer, etc).

... Which looks all kind of wrong. This also happens if I run FOMM through MO and tick Archive Invalidation there. It goes without saying, this doesn't work either. So to recap- Invalidation has been pointed to in every .ini it's feasible to imagine including the ones MO generates and uses, still not recognising/applying it.

I am using Beware of Girl type 3 HiRez HiDetail replacer for nv, and for fallout 3 as well. My thought was to de- then reactivate the archive invalidation on fomm, install the fo3 mod, then the nv mod, and reactivate the invalidation again. Sometimes after installing a mod via FOMM, you need to toggle that to get the mod files working.
