well I did try lots of stuff like reinstalling app. IP Release, Renew, and Flush DNS. deleting battle.net and blizzard folders. selective startup. proxy settings. killing agent in task manager. run as admin. an I dont have an antivirus at all. secondary logon. also manually patching agent and nothing helped even a little.
