Wabbajack modpacks do not give this experience and cost even more time when you take into consideration troubleshooting and broken saves. Plus, with some modpacks you can't really troubleshoot since there are so many small mods involved that you otherwise wouldn't be using in the first place.

So i definitely would recommend WTP for a first playthrough, and then switch to a modlist with a more requiem like overhaul focused on survival. And yes, you're gonna replay Fallout 4.
