Graduate Studies Committee. The Graduate Studies Committee is a standing committee within the Department of Women, Gender, & Sexuality Studies (WGSS) that oversees graduate studies, including but limited to PhD and MA admissions, qualifying and comprehensive exams, funding for graduate students, and advisor-advisee relationships. The WGSS Graduate Certificate is primarily intended for residential students as the majority of courses are held in-person on the Lawrence campus. This certificate cannot be completed fully online.
