First check the fan fuse to make sure its good. Your model is a liquid cooled so the sensor is mounted near the bottom of the radiator. Unplug it and with the key on, jump out the two pins on the wiring side and see if the fan comes on. If it does not, check to see if one pin has 12 volts to ground.
Ive got a 2007 Arctic Cat 500 auto 4wd,with just over 500 miles (purchased the machine used), thats been having some problems. Im running in 8-10k elavations, stock tires, ect. The problem (s) Im having are as follows. My machine bogs down badly and struggles to hold 18mph on gravel roads with little to no grade.
Jaypaint21. The 4x4 actuator on my 2010 Arctic Cat Thundercat is filling up with gear oil and hendering the gears inside the actuator from turning. I don’️t think it’️s normal for it to fill up with gear oil. It used to be very audible when I shifted into four wheel drive but now it sounds muffled.

Ok my 2005 Arctic cat 500 wouldn't start so i ran some carb cleaner threw the fuel line and opened up the drain and it seemed to work and runs good it just wont drive over 12mph it dosnt bog down or anything it just wont go fast at all when I push the throttle down all the way.
