Edit: Turns out I think your guide leaves out a fairly critical step for brainless people like me haha. The first time you start ACT you need to pick the FFXIV plugin in the start-up wizard. I couldn't find that in the list of plugins though so I had to manually download the FFXIV pluglin and load it myself. Install FFXIV ACT Plugin. If you have just installed ACT, then you will be presented with a startup wizard. To get to the startup wizard otherwise, click on Options and then click on Show Startup Wizard. In the startup wizard, select FFXIV Parsing Plugin and then click the Download/Enable Plugin button. The four laws that were passed in the Intolerable Acts were the Boston Port Act, the Massachusetts Government Act, the Impartial Administration of Justice Act and the Quartering Act.
