HYLA / trade in question. Hey guys let's say I have a S9 that's been unlocked for 2 years so in the trade in process I indicate S9- Other (for the carrier). When I originally bought it it started off as an AT&T phone. When they asked this question I thought they were asking for the current carrier not what the carrier was years ago.I just used next up and it seems like a scam. They are still charging me the installment fees for the old phone as well as the next up cost.
