BBQ works on survivors far away from you. Floods works on all survivors but requires a scourge hook. I'd argue BBQ is much easier to use. I was considering Floods because i was thinking of pairing it with the Agitation and Pain Res for a scourge hook build, thought it might give more info, but i agree that BBQ would be easier to use.
