Using the regular Chikage. It depends on what level you intend to stop at. Level 90 will allow you to invade the most often throughout the nightmare areas, Cainhurst, and now the DLc areas. It also still allow you to invade PVE kiddies who generally don't have top tier gems and can potentially 2 to 3 shot you at invader health.

Levelling Skill and fitting phys gems will get you the most damage. With The Rakuyo you best prefer Arcane over Bloodtinge as a secondary. You'll be using the transformed mode a lot, which means limited gun action, but unhindered Arcane action.

Chikage has too much DPS, specially on the L1->R1, making it so that mobs can't really fight back because they are dead by the time the try to attack you.
