From what I've heard, these are some of the best civilian flashbangs. There's lots of civilian legal airsoft ones but these seem much better. The only thing stopping me from stocking up on some is the high hazmat shipping fee. There's another option that's guaranteed to be loud, and that's the pull pin style reloadable bangers.
