Not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but it appears if you have a Feudal government and an unreformed religion, your vassals/court have a -20 opinion modifier against you even if they're the same religion as you. This might be intentional, but it adds a degree of difficulty to playing feudal governments with an unreformed religion.

Haruspicy is probably the most annoying choice in the game, and it just ends up costing you cash for very minor buffs EVERY WAR and even if you choose the most expensive option it can fail and the buff from the cheapest version is just as good as the more costly ones, utter trash.Give a vassal control of all the holy sites etc. they need and let them reform the faith. When I opened the menu for reform so I could plan ahead and hovered over the reform faith button I got a tooltip telling me adorcism is not allowed, and its not available on the list of tenants for the faith, which is inconsistent with attempting to reform the Bori faith which can keep Adorcism when reforming. I only just had a chance to adopt Feudalism in the late 900s. Unfortunately, most of my territory is still tribal. My understanding of the situation is that I can speed up their transition to feudalism by upgrading each vassal's primary holding to earth fort lvl 3. However, most areas don't have the tech level to even reach that point.
