Most other 3* source skills can't be obtained till level 16, and was surprised to find you can craft Blood Storm as soon as you reach Act 2. I was able to get three source points by level 11. Find the two pieces of the item he's looking for in Act 2.-Gareth: Rescue him in Act 1. Advance his story in Act 2.-Jahan: Find the name of the demon infesting Bloodmoon Island in Act 2.-Fletcher: Kill all the Lone Wolves in Act 2.-Almira: Help her with two issues in Act 2.
