you can rolldodge dawnbreaker and onslaught even before the changes. It feels clunky and awkward now. It's not that its less strong thats the problem its the fact it feels horrible. meteor you can switch cancel, block cancell and roll cancel. dawnbreaker and onslaught just feels awful. Wings is undodgeable and streak is even unblockable.

No their magicka ability's . Any abilities that are magicka, the damage is based of spell dmg and max magicka. Any abilities that use stamina, the dmg is based off wpn dmg and max stamina.the AOE effect on dawnbreaker needs to go away. Maybe make it single target. It would balance the stam and Mag classes and not have a stamina zerg going that can't be stopped. There is no negate for stamina. Same with vigor get rid of the aoe. May 12, 2016 · Soul Strike is a joke compared to Dawnbreaker as a low cost ultimate. Nightblade cloaks, and interrupts shouldn't be allowed during the channeling phase (Since Dawnbreaker can be animation cancelled to an instant ultimate attack). Due to magicka specs classes losing Dawnbreaker next patch, fix the unpopular Soul Strike.

This skill is supposed to hit you around 7k ish with the Animation of you lifting the sword in the air then bringing it down to the ground to do the damage, this then puts a DOT on the player for another 7k ish over 6 seconds. Sometimes an effect is just an effect, not a named buff. That seems to be the case here, with Flawless Dawnbreaker.
