Though cluster 1 works great with the snowman cannon for combat purposes, and it's cheaper than mini nukes. But the cluster aspect doesn't work for electrosphere launcher or celebration mk 2 so just use rocket 3 or mini nukes for them as cluster just becomes a weaker version of them.
