Fishing it is at least conceivable to reach lvl 1000 eventually especially when large fish get added and the exp jump they will give. My main fisher is almost 90 and m-man close behind. Cooking on the other hand, falls off a cliff exp wise in the 30's and isn't worth dedicating a character to full time like fishing is.
