I mean, HoIL is insanely strong. With tier 5 discipline, you can get a grenade back in 10 seconds or so, maybe a little less. Sorry my man, but that’s a little too strong. And if we go off your suggestion, they need to buff many exotics from all 3 subclasses, cause HoIL outshines many exotics from the other 2 classes as well.
