The oil was just below my funnel the whole time. I added 3.5 quarts ran engine for 3 minutes. Let engine sit for 3 minutes checked dipstick for level and it was spot on. When I took out the fill plug and looked inside oil was still .5 inch below hole opening. That is 3" above dipstick. Let it sit over night.

It doesnt have the friction modifiers that regular car oils have that cause clutch slippage.
