the invisible pipboy is not an issue with chemleon armor. It happens even without it equipped. Changing from 3rd to first person will fix the bug though. That's a different bug. Try to switch from first into third person and back into first using "V", as far as i know this brings back the pip-boy. Sorry but this did not work for me the only solution i have found is to coc out of the fault, but i think that it also caused a glitch which makes the entire screen black with just my hud. #3.

This is a very small mod, really: all it does is making the Pip-boy the player is wearing, invisible in 3rd person. You won't need any Pip-boy replacer or mod to allow equiping or unequiping it. You Pip-boy will still be displayed when you are in 1st person, and using the Pip-boy won't be any different from before.
