The Kuva Nukor has a limited range, and staying out of that will force the lich to try to get to you, or to use its powers instead. The lich's Kuva Nukor will be giving you radiation Adaptation stacks, but the toxin damage will still be doing full damage to you. You might be able to resist some of that damage with a mod.
