I personally have no experience with Pepboy's, but Firestone has been good for me alignment wise. They may have aligned it, but they certainly weren't doing it happily. At the normal Firestone's it seems like they hate it, but that specific one had a lot of car tuners working there, I suppose that's just a thing with in ground alignment places.
