Rlcraft lost cities.
Ive been playing a lot of RLCraft, but my game has became so very laggy. It's pretty much unplayable, it's lagspikes every 3-5 seconds. I have made a lot of progress in my world and I'd hate to lose it so I came here asking for advice, is there any way to reduce the lag?

You'll know if it's a dragon chest because it will have items in it like iron weapons, cincinnasite, sapphires, and Magic Mirrors. Expect this to take time still. The chance of a dragon chest is not great (1 in 27) and even then the actual ring is going to only be a chance. The reason why so many mobs spawn in the lost cities is because of a debug called "call of the hive". This debuff increases mob spawnrates so much that it basically makes it so that you don't have a second where you aren't fighting for your life. While it should be obvious, LC needs maxed silver armor (adv prot 4, unbr3), if you had prot 4 it's still unlikely you got oneshot at full health, but looking at your health, you probably didn't use many undying baubles either, maybe you don't have iron skin in the L menu at max level, maybe you didn't use potions which matter a lot like iron skin (elixir not potion), diamond skin potio ...

About 2 months (ish) ago, I had went into the Lost Cities dimension for the first time in a survival world. I was very well geared up, so the fights weren't a problem. I had a pretty nice haul of loot in my backpack and set it down in a building to store some things, but I learned that apparently backpacks are affected by the curses on buildings.
