3 yr. ago. I would recommend a straightsword, probably the LKSS or Longsword. As a sorcerer, your melee weapon is for dealing with enemies that get too close and for conserving FP. The Astora will work (it scales very well elemental), but you'll be using high damage, slow attacks with high damage, slow sorceries.It has mediocre base damage and doesn't start to become good until you put some points into DEX (30~ish).
