Flash Counter is a void debuff, allowing you to proc Repulsor brace on any subclass. Just thought this was worth pointing out. The Enhanced version of Flash Counter does seem more forgiving. I tried the base perk years ago but didn't like how hard it was to get the timing right. Enhanced feels better to use.

May 22, 2023 · Destabilizing Rounds is a god-tier perk when used right. Ensure the enemies are grouped up, and use your weapon with the perk to apply Volatile and clear them out. The only downside of the perk is the 3-second cooldown. This creates a window in which you are not very efficient.
Sometimes the volatile explosion gets the kill instead of your weapon, which means repulsor brace doesn't proc.
