We would like to show you a description here but the site won’t allow us.I have been ordering from Sephora for years, and recently, my last 3 orders have been canceled showing as unsuccessful authorization. I called customer service twice and the last time they told me my order will go through this time. I reordered and same thing happened again. I really need this be resolved. Yup, instead of emailing me to tell me it OOS, they just cancelled my order and says it's unsuccessful authorization. To me that is terrible business practice and I used to Always tell everyone that Sephora has the best Customer service but after this incident and how I was passed around to different Reps, not too much good CS in my books.
