Just some advice, over all it's nearly the same price to buy a conversion slide with Romeo already installed. Milling, $125-150. Romeo1, $299 (Optics planet price) Suppressor sights, $99. + shipping on all items. Kit is listed at $589, but I have seen them sell in the $499 range. I got mine from Sig for $529.

Unfortunately the pro cut slides are milled and tapped to accept the Romeo 1 Pro, which uses M4x0.7 screws. The original Romeo 1 optic uses #6-48, which would probably explain why your screws are not tightening.
