It's really high for me and I usually play Minecraft and even going down to 20 FPS (which is the lowest you can go without it being slow in-game) it's still lagging and I don't know why. Specifically, the skipped frames due to encoding lag is really high, it's at 20% or more on average and I only have OBS, Minecraft, and Spotify up.

Turns out that having it saved on the directory drive was causing the majority of the issues (assuming that the C drive SSD was being overworked). THE FIX: I changed the path to my secondary SSD drive (on the D drive). This fixed my issue and in fact, I am able to record at an even better quality than before! Oddly enough, it doesn't skip frames while streaming. I've tried various solutions, such as running OBS as an administrator, changing OBS's priority, setting the process priority to high within OBS, and even giving it GPU priority in the NVIDIA Control Panel.
