Brunwulf wants me to kill the leader of the Uttering hills cave - which is impossible, because Linwe is dead and stays dead! A new boss should spawn in if Linwe is already dead. Just go there and deal with the bandits there and you should be good. This stuff is common. Just because an area is cleared does not mean it stays cleared forever.
