Thanks Smitty. 4-5 weeks ago it was sitting right on the skis, but it did't pull well and it was unstable side to side. The Smitty Sled gave me the idea to lift it and find out how easily it would pull. Next project is a Smitty Sled to give to a friend.

Dickinson, ND. Jan 1, 2021. #2. I made this smitty sled with remnant 2x4 and 6x2's with maybe $5 of nuts and bolts. It pulls apart and 4 inch bolts stick out of the bottom of the 2x4's. I drilled holes in the top of the 2x6's. Also where the tow rope would get attached, I drilled the holes big enough to put a caribeaner hook on the tip of each ski.
