I had trouble completing Trumbull Valley with the enclaves I started in there with until the 26.1 update cleared out the bugs. Brand new enclaves that had never been to Trumbull Valley are clearing it out fine, but prior enclaves have unresolved quests due to bugs so I can't finish off questlines.
