As the title states, this guide is to showcase how to beat Skeletron on Expert Mode. Skeletron is one of the hardest bosses on Expert Mode and as everyone else, I had trouble beating him. But I watched other videos (which will be at the end of the guide) and as such, had an easier time beating him. And I wanted to pass the info onto you guys.

The Medical Bag is a Healer accessory that displays an arrow above the player which points at the ally with the least health.
