I am currently casually wandering around Central Tyria on a level character, and would appreciate some help via advice please. As I gain mastery do I have to spend the points I have in track order, i.e 1, then 2, etc. or can I skip a track, for example ignore 2 and go to 3? So I have the problem that I need more mastery points from Tyria in Guild Wars 2 but every time when I go to the locations of that mastery points they are non existent. I have the sign for it on the minimap but when I stand in front of where they would be they are not there. I tried more that ten different locations and it's the same everywhere.
