Umbral intensify is good on any frame that uses intensify, as it's strictly better. Does cost more forma though. Vitality and fiber are more niche, but there are some frames that can get a lot of use out of them, especially if you keep them at rank 8 to save on capacity (and not need steel charge). Umbral Fiber, along with Vitality and Intensify, is good on something like Nidus or Inaros, but not really necessary so you could put it on the shelf if you want.
