When I start BOTW at 60 fps the game seems a little bit accelerated (Link's running, walking and attack animation, for exemple), then I change it to 30fps, wait until it reaches 30fps, then to 60fps again and it solves the problem. The game doesn’t have dynamic FPS, the 60fps hack only works correctly when your system can push stable 60fps (no drops). Any drops in FPS the game logic will slow down to that FPS. I used the stable fps mod and activate Rivatuner statistics server, capped the FPS at 60fps with it. It was very smooth in my hardware, with only a few drops below 60, but with steady frame times. You can check the frame times using afterburner. (I recommend displaying the frame time graph, if there is a lot of variation, it doesn't feel smooth).
