There is absolutely no reason why FATE-based daily mobs should require people to stand around for 1-3 hours waiting for a FATE to spawn so that they can complete 1 part of their daily. Either remove FATE mobs from the daily hunt altogether, or decrease the respawn rate to no more than 30 minutes for these FATES.
